SHIPPING

We aim to despatch all orders within seven (7) working days. If you request an exchange and the item is in stock, we will despatch your exchange the next day. Please feel free to contact us if you require further information. Delivery charges and timescales are displayed below. Please note, exact delivery charges will be displayed on the checkout page prior to payment:

Free shipping
Free shipping will apply to your online shop order only (not applicable on mail order) if you spend over €200 or if the delivery is to one address inside of Quinta do Lago.


Shipping Cost (all Europe):

Express Saver (UPS) - 15€ - Estimated delivery time 24/48 Hours
Standard (UPS) - 12€ - Estimated delivery time 3 to 5 working days

CLICK & COLLECT

There is no minimum order value to qualify for Click & Collect. The service is free for orders from our online shop.
Orders will be available for collection from 10:00 on your chosen collection date (unless specified otherwise). Any orders placed on Fri, Sat or Sun will be available from 14:00 on the following Monday at the earliest.

We’ll hold your order in store for seven (7)days, after which we’ll return the order to the warehouse and refund your account. Please note, the refund may take up to seven (7) days to process once the order has left the shop.
